We are a premium asset management company dedicated to providing exclusive investment opportunities to qualified members in compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the Republic of Turkey.

All investments or deposits made through Uplinks are considered private transactions between Uplinks Group Ltd. and its members, conducted in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code (Law No. 6102) and other applicable regulations.
Uplinks Group Ltd. operates as a private investment program and is not subject to the regulations of the Capital Markets Board of Turkey (SPK) under the Capital Markets Law (Law No. 6362) unless otherwise required. Our services do not constitute public offerings or solicitations under Turkish law.
All information, communications, and materials provided by Uplinks Group Ltd. are confidential, unsolicited, and intended solely for the use of our members. You agree to keep such information private and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698)
The information provided by Uplinks Group Ltd. does not constitute an offer or solicitation to invest in any jurisdiction, including Turkey, where such offers or solicitations are unlawful under the Capital Markets Law or other regulations.
Any personal information provided by you to Uplinks Group Ltd. will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698). Your data will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law or with your explicit consent. Uplinks Group Ltd. is not liable for any loss or breach of data resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events as recognized under Turkish law (Turkish Code of Obligations, Law No. 6098).
Uplinks Group Ltd. reserves the right to modify these Terms, including rules, commissions, or rates, at any time and at our sole discretion. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website and will comply with the notification requirements under Turkish law. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Uplinks Group Ltd. is not liable for any damages, losses, or costs arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable Turkish laws, including but not limited to the Turkish Penal Code (Law No. 5237) and the Law on Regulation of Electronic Commerce (Law No. 6563).
You agree not to engage in any illegal activities, including but not limited to spam, unsolicited commercial communications, or any actions that violate the rights of others under Turkish law, such as the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works (Law No. 5846) or the KVKK.
Uplinks Group Ltd. reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership immediately and permanently for any member found engaging in prohibited activities or violating these Terms, in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code and other applicable laws.
Due to the potential for human and mechanical error, as well as other uncontrollable factors, the website (including all information and materials contained on the website) is provided "as is" and "as available." Uplinks Group Ltd. and its third-party data providers do not offer any warranties or representations regarding the website. Uplinks Group Ltd. and third-party data providers disclaim all warranties and representations of any kind, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement of third-party rights, freedom from viruses or other harmful code, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Furthermore, Uplinks Group Ltd. will not be liable for any delay, difficulty in use, inaccuracy of information, computer viruses, malicious code, or other defects on this website.
